Mighty Hero Homes 5K @ Pilgreens

🏃‍♂️🦸‍♀️ Calling all Mighty Heroes! 🦸‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Join us for the Mighty Hero Homes 5K Run & Walk on Saturday, September 7th! We’ll start at the Pilgreens Parking Lot — 1720 Lake Dow Road.

Every step you take helps a veteran take a step toward home. 💙

Mighty Hero Homes is a Georgia-based nonprofit on a mission to eradicate veteran homelessness by building permanent, affordable housing communities—called “Bases”—for veterans experiencing homelessness and housing instability. These purpose-built communities offer not just a roof, but wraparound support services, workforce development, healthcare coordination, and peer mentorship so veterans can regain stability, dignity, and independence. The first Mighty Hero Community is scheduled for construction right here in Henry County, and 100% of race proceeds go directly to this mission.

Run it. Walk it. Volunteer it. However you choose to show up, you’ll be joining our community and making a difference for the brave men and women who served our country. 🇺🇸
